MCR is a turn-key, post-sale vehicle service contract (VSC) marketing program offered to dealers at no cost. We leverage our SalesEDGE® technology to extract 18 months of historical data targeting customers who:

  • Purchased a car without a VSC
  • Visited your Service department without a VSC, and
  • Haven't visited your Service department for 7-9 months

VSC Sales ProgramOnce we gather the customer data, we develop and send a direct mail piece that is branded with your dealership's information. Our specialized call centers accept in-bound calls for all inquiries and orders (i.e., no outbound calls performed). For every contract sale, the dealer partner receives $200 and increased revenues to the Service department.
