EFG's credit claims examiners have over 45 years combined experience in claims administration, and take great pride in providing excellent service to our dealer partners and general agents. All credit insurance certificates and forms produced at the dealer level are managed at EFG's corporate office in Irving, Texas, and all claims checks are issued directly from the corporate office. Operational hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, Monday-Friday.
