MAP provides three (3) coverage options for new cars, and also provides (3) coverage options for used cars based on the mileage and age of the vehicle at time of sale. All coverage options for both types of vehicles have been condensed into one contract -- simply select the coverage option that best suits the customer's needs. All MAP contracts come with a clear and easy-to-understand Coverage Booklet, indicating the coverage options purchased and clearly defining the list of "Covered Parts."

Customized Programs
New vehicle contracts can be offered to any customer with a 2004 or newer vehicle that still has less than 50,000 miles on the odometer, at time of sale. The vehicle does not have to be under a manufacturer's warranty to qualify for New Car Coverage.
Superior Coverage - MAP's most comprehensive VSC program, available on new vehicles only, covers repairs on all assemblies and parts on the vehicle with the exception of certain exclusions, including maintenance services, bright metal, trim, paint and sheet metal.
Supreme Coverage - This is our most comprehensive VSC program available to both new and used vehicles. Includes all components covered by both Power Train and Power Train Plus and additional component coverage for air conditioning, suspension, steering, cooling system, brake and electrical systems.
Power Train Plus Coverage - Available on both new and used vehicles. Provides coverage for all components covered by Power Train Coverage along with basic coverage for air conditioning, suspension, steering, cooling system, fuel system, brake, electrical and seals and gaskets.
Also available is Rental Only Coverage, as well as Pre-Paid Maintenance programs.

The terms range from a 12 month/12,000 mile contract to a 4 year/50,000 mile contract and can be sold on 1996 and newer vehicles with up to 90,000 miles on the odometer at time of sale.
Supreme Coverage - This is our most comprehensive program available for used vehicles. It is also available for new vehicles. Includes all components covered by both Power Train and Power Train Plus and additional component coverage for air conditioning, suspension, steering, cooling system, brake and electrical systems.
Power Train Plus Coverage - Available on both new and used vehicles. Provides coverage for all components covered by Power Train Coverage along with basic coverage for air conditioning, suspension, steering, cooling system, fuel system, brake, electrical and seals and gaskets.
Power Train Coverage - Available on used vehicles only. The power train contract is designed to provide basic coverage for the engine, transmission and differential.

Used Vehicle Service Coverage - This contract is designed to provide comprehensive coverage for vehicles that do not qualify for the standard MAP Used Car Program. It is available with four (4) different coverage options: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. All coverage plans include roadside assistance, alternate transportation, trip interruption reimbursement and nationwide coverage.
Limited Warranty Power Train Coverage – Available to dealers as an alternative to multiple or higher priced manufacturers' certified programs. This warranty offers 2 year / 100,000 mile limited power train coverage for all qualified used vehicles. Included in the dealership program is dealer advertising and dealer marketing support.

In addition, all MAP contracts include Roadside Assistance, rental benefits and Trip Interruption coverage for the term of the contract. The standard MAP program also offers an awards program for F&I and dealership personnel to incent additional sales.
EFG also offers the Used Car Specialty programs, which provide coverage for vehicles that exceed the underwriting guidelines of the standard Used Vehicle programs mentioned above.
EFG's staff of claims adjusters has over 230 years combined automotive service department and claims experience. EFG also provides field service representatives that are available to consult with your service department personnel. These reps will help ensure that the dealership's needs and concerns are addressed and claims procedures are thoroughly explained. All MAP claims are processed for payment through the use of a secure credit card payment insuring a quick and easy turn around time for the customer and repair facility.
