Xtreme Protection coverage options
For new vehicles with remaining manufacturer’s warranty, EFG offers Max and Standard Protection. Standard Protection may also be purchased for used vehicles that are no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage is also available for new motorcycles and ATV trailers as an option.
Benefits for both Max and Standard motorcycle vehicle service contract plans
- Roadside assistance (On-Road Vehicles Only) — towing, jump starts, fluid delivery, lockout service, and concierge service
- $100 allowance per occurrence — less the cost of key cutting or required fluids
- Trip interruption coverage — overnight stays and meals incurred if customers are stranded more than 100 miles from home due to the failure of a covered breakdown (up to $75 per day, maximum three days)
- Alternate transportation — up to $30 per day (up to a maximum of $150) for alternate transportation if your vehicle is in a repair facility undergoing repairs for a covered breakdown
- Unlimited number of claims — see contract for details on payable claims
Benefits for Max Protection (new vehicles only)
All parts and components are covered except the following:
- Wear items such as clutch assembly, shock absorbers, tires, wheels, spokes, belts, chains and sprockets, filters, hoses, brake rotors and drums, brake pads and shoes, carburetor, battery, battery cables, spark plug wires, and distributor cap and rotor
- Coolant and lubricants, tune-ups, alignments, adjustments, and other maintenance services
- Paint, metal, trim, weather strips, body panels, glass, physical damage, moldings, and upholstery
Benefits for Standard Protection (new or used vehicles)
Standard Protection offers the most cost-effective level of coverage for your customers’ vehicles. Covered parts and components include:

*Coverage for leaking seals and gaskets on any covered part listed within each coverage level. Minor loss of fluid or seepage is considered normal and is not considered a mechanical breakdown.

- Brake — master cylinder, hydraulic brake actuator, and backing plates
- Frame — Axle(s), brackets, couples, fenders, hubs, roller cradles, spring hangers, welds, winch stand, and suspension springs
