F&I – Level One

Delivered in a highly interactive format, these intensive five-day workshops for both new and seasoned F&I professionals provides hands-on foundational instruction in a highly interactive format. Upon successful completion, participants will be able to:

  • Design and deliver more professional presentations consistent with their individual styles
  • Identify customer needs and structure a sales discussion to meet those needs
  • Conduct a menu presentation offering multiple F&I products with greater effectiveness
  • Professionally respond to resistance and address customers' F&I concerns
  • Comply with Truth in Lending requirements and other applicable FTC regulations

Advanced F&I – Directors

This three-day course is designed for senior F&I professionals who are committed to taking their performance to a whole new level. The in-depth course is divided into three sessions: learning effective F&I selling skills, developing an F&I compliance strategy, and how to manage the performance of a department. Learners will be able to:

  • All of the selling and presentation topics from our F&I – Level One course
  • Develop a compliance strategy that includes:
    • Naming a compliance officer
    • Conducting a risk assessment
    • Developing a policy and procedure manual
    • Planning skills for employee training
    • Conducting periodic audits and writing an annual report
  • Performance Management through coaching and goal setting

Customer Centered Selling

This highly interactive class is designed to help your automotive dealership Sales personnel improve their performance through increased customer understanding. Sales consultants will learn how to tailor their presentation to the customer’s specific motives and needs. The training will also include measuring the consultant's performance against proven criteria. Participating consultants will also learn to:

  • Conduct a concise, but thorough, feature benefit presentation tailored to the customer
  • Obtain a commitment to buy or respond to resistance in a professional manner
  • Obtain a customer offer and the justifications for that offer
  • Present management figures with confidence and negotiate with the customer to buy
