Certified by the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals

With certification from the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals (AFIP), EFG Companies provides compliance services our clients rely on, like AFIP-certification training and one-on-one compliance coaching. Since 1989, AFIP has served as a non-aligned sanctioning body for in-store sales and financial services personnel and select lender and aftermarket vendor personnel in the United States.

Certified by the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence

EFG is certified every year with the Blue Seal of Excellence by the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). Why? It exemplifies our commitment to customer excellence while also enhancing our ability to negotiate quality vehicle repairs on behalf of our contract holders. ASE exists to protect the automotive service consumer, shop owner, and automotive technician.


EFG took the proactive step to achieve the Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2) Certification under the Statement of Standards for Attestation Engagements 21 (SSAE 21) guidelines from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). This is the most widely-recognized standard providing a method for reporting information about the design and operation of internal systems and controls relating to privacy and security regulations.


Companies achieving certification by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) as PCI Data Security Standard compliant (PCI DSS) deliver a higher standard of security for personal confidential information and compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. With the sheer amount of confidential consumer information collected in the retail automotive, home warranty and lending industries, data security is mission critical to successfully conducting business, and we aggressively pursue heightened controls and protocols each year.

At EFG, We take pride in operating as an extension of our clients’ management teams to achieve industry-leading results. The Stevie awards are a reflection of that continuous effort. To date, EFG has received 35 Stevie Awards, including 12 gold awards and 14 silver awards.

 The AR500 recognition demonstrates to both retail automotive and independent clients EFG’s pursuit of providing the innovative solutions for their business. Each year, Auto Remarketing Magazine compiles a list of companies they deem as being the most influential, innovative, impactful, and powerful in the pre-owned market. EFG has ranked in this list every year since 2014.

The Nifty 50 Award demonstrates to EFG Companies’ clients the innovation and market intelligence EFG brings to its powersports dealer clients. This award is given out each year to the 50 aftermarket products and services that Powersports Business Magazine believes will help boost dealership profitability. Four EFG products have been listed in the Powersports Business Nifty 50.

EFG Companies’ clients lead the industry in unit sales, PRU, compliance, and customer service. This is epitomized in the annual F&I and Showroom Magazine Dealer of the Year Award. Each year, the magazine selects one dealership group that demonstrates the greatest focus on generating compliant profitability and awards them with both the Pacesetter and the Dealer of the Year designation.

F&I and Showroom Magazine has awarded the Pacesetter Award to seven EFG clients, with two auto groups receiving the Pacesetter award in multiple years. To date, EFG clients have received a total of sixteen F&I and Showroom Magazine Pacesetter awards.
