Customer Advisor

EFG is seeking a Customer Advisor whose key responsibilities include:

  • Following established procedures and guidelines to answer a wide variety of inbound calls from customers and service providers with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
  • Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns to provide accurate information and the ability to demonstrate empathy while building rapport with the customer
  • Consistently meeting established call center metrics
  • Building and maintaining effective internal working relationships and supports team in meeting company goals
  • Effectively managing claims process through outbound dials to customer and service provider

The Customer Advisor position plays a critical role in delivering EFG’s promise to our clients by answering inbound calls with questions related to coverage and eligibility. Strong customer service coupled with problem solving abilities is essential.
