January, 2021 This was my first time ever having to deal with a Car Warranty and let me tell you, EFG saved me a lot of grief. Adam (Claims adjuster based out of Dallas, I believe) happened to answer the phone and gave me the absolute Best Customer Service I could have asked for during an uncertain time for me. He answered all of my questions, educated me on my warranty and let me know how the process would work. Honestly, Adam made my day and so did EFG with their service. I most definitely recommend going through them when purchasing a vehicle.
