My warranty was held by another company and fought with me and mechanics about repairs to my vehicle, always wanting to deny or use cheap quality parts. A couple of months ago, EFG took over and not only did they cover the repairs, they covered stuff that the other company made me pay for. I am very, very impressed by the level of customer care, and I am really happy with Blake’s customer service!!!!!
