So glad I tacked this on to my loan w/ San Francisco Federal Credit Union when I purchased a (lousy) replacement vehicle–Chrysler! Transmission defective at about 20K miles and only 3 years old! Back doors stopped working one month after factory warranty ended….as always. But EFG and good ole Texas, Paul (& Kelly) really pulled for me so I would not be without a car. Not only did they help me, but they came through for the 100s of families I am feeding during this pandemic. I would HIGHLY recommend this product and company, Hands Down!!!
