I have been a customer for several years with the extended warranty group . I had the pleasure of working with Blake E when I had some concerns he was so professional and responsive and very compassionate. He was so easy to work with and you can tell he loves his job and works hard to make sure customer is happy. Blake made the last 2 times I had to call very pleasant and friendly . Great job to Blake and thank you for helping me .
