EFG has yet to let me down when it comes time to using my extended warranty. This past week has been ridiculously challenging with a local dealership in midtown Houston. Nonetheless, Ray chose to step in to assist my claim after overhearing my repeated calls and concerns regarding this most recent work. Even after we thought the car was ready, Ray stayed on the claim to ensure that additional issue was resolved. Service from EFG has been above par.
