First off, I want to say Chris P is great! I had many issues with my claim. He took over and handled everything for me which made this horrible ordeal such a smoother process. In my opinion, he went above and beyond for me. He helped me call around different dealerships to find what I needed, he called often and kept me updated, he explained everything thoroughly, and tried his best to help me. I am very grateful to him for helping me the way he did, he was leaving for a getaway with his family and still managed to try to get everything resolved for me before leaving … and he did. EFG needs to hang on to Chris, he is a great asset to the company, definitely needs a raise! Also, he treated me and talked to me as a caring & genuine person & not just someone just waiting to clock out and disregard you Chris, if you happen to read this, once again thank you; im truly grateful and thank you for treating me with respect.
