I’ve had to use my extended warranty a few times on my Explorer. Fortunately I had the EFG Warranty. The technician contacted EFG for approval. He told me I had rental coverage, which I didn’t remember. EFG covered the cost of all the repairs ($1150.00) plus the rental. This wasn’t the first time my repairs exceeded $1000.00. I’m glad I purchased this warranty. Thanks EFG!
