Customer Service So Far So Good. My Range Rover has been in the shop for repair for about a month. It’s a very stressful time for me with my mom very ill, and now with the Sonoma Napa valley fires there’s been so much loss. EFG has answered all of my calls and addressed all of my concerns so far. The customer service has been excellent. Anytime I call during business hours I get a live person. I know I’m jumping the gun on a review being that my car has not been repaired or paid for, but I would call this “Part One Customer Service Review” because this kind of service these days goes along ways. I’ll post part 2 once my claim in closed.
