I went through the road to the sale class with Dave Gibbs. It was an awesome training and I really learned a lot from Dave. Dave kept the class entertaining but still managed to stay on track as well! I would recommend anyone to Dave’s class!

Shayleen Naico is the best rep at this company! Every time I call she makes me laugh and we have a inside joke about bacon and she is quick and easy to work with especially if you call it CVTS if you work with Nissan.

I’ve been a dealer service advisor for 19 years. Calling in extended warranty claims isn’t exactly a favorite thing to do in our line of work. That’s not the case when calling EFG. These folks are great to deal with. Pleasant and fast. On top of that, Joe Blakely is one of the best claims adjusters I’ve ever dealt with. He is an asset to your company. Dave has been super helpful!!! I work with a dealership and have to call extended warranties all the time. I have never had such great and personalized experience.
