This was such a positive process! After several terrible customer service experiences this year with other companies, Mr. Mike Rich in claims made this stay-at-home mom’s day!! I was not looking forward to dealing with yet another robot or another person that was not happy to be at their job. What a refreshing experience to get not only a friendly human but also smart, considerate, and knowledgeable. My issue was not a simple resolve and at the end of the day, literally, this gentleman worked diligently, researched and did the best he could for us! This positive experience did so much more than tidy up a loose end, it gave back something I had lost along the way… my smile. It is nice to know there are still people like Mr. Rich doing their job. EFG has yet to let me down when it comes time to using my extended warranty. This past week has been ridiculously challenging with a local dealership in midtown Houston. Nonetheless, Ray chose to step in to assist my claim after overhearing my repeated calls and concerns regarding this most recent work. Even after we thought the car was ready, Ray stayed on the claim to ensure that additional issue was resolved. Service from EFG has been above par.
