Dave in the call center was absolutely amazing in assisting me (a service advisor) and a customer in a call. He helped answer all the questions the customer and I had, even with a lot of stress and the pressure of the customers frustration. I appreciate that he held in with us to help extinguish the heat and clearing the air with the proper information needed. THANK YOU DAVE A MILLIONS!!!

I had a weird issue with a hard-to-handle situation that most warranty company’s would have said no to helping the customer. Blake with EFG went above and beyond to listen to the actual issue and understand the whole issue at hand. I can’t thank EFG enough with a special shout out to Chris Pepperling for honoring our warranty and getting our Audi fixed by replacing the engine!! Chris was honest and helped get the work done in a timely manner by communicating with me and my Audi Dealership whenever necessary. I had to call back because there was some confusion with my claim from the original call. Paul Castle got to the bottom of it quickly and had the claim in order in no time. He made me feel that like my issue was important to him. Paul went out of his way to call me later to make sure I received the email he sent me. Paul is probably the most professional and efficient claims representative I’ve ever worked with and that’s saying something because I’ve been in this business for 30 years.
