I would just like to take a moment to convey the most positive experience I’ve had in a very long time pertaining to speaking to someone in customer service. I just got off the phone with a wonderful gentleman by the name of Zane in Customer Service in regards to questions about my warranty pertaining to the claim process. Zane was extremely professional, knowledgeable customer centric and patient with me during our conversation and addressed all of my concerns. I must say, it was my pleasure. In a world where customer service in the modern day is dead almost everywhere you go, it was very nice to have such a positive interaction and see that people still care. I hope that EFG is a company that recognizes great employees as Zane is truly an asset.

I’ve purchased MAPS warranties through EFG Companies on the last few used cars I have purchased and even extended one on my current vehicle to add another 50,000 miles of coverage. Totally worth the peace of mind and the claims process has been so easy each time I’ve needed to use it. Highly recommend!

I’ve had various warranties over my lifetime from autos to toys. And my usual experience a few times that I did file a claim resulted in no response or little to no results. There were times when I was made to feel like I was trying to steal something that I wasn’t entitled to receive. But the very first representative I spoke with at EFG Companies was respectful, professional, and even helpful. He actually sounded sincere in wanting to help me. That was a totally different! I’m a senior woman who made the independent decision to take out the warranty on my vehicle when I purchased it 7 years ago. And while I knew the warranty was still in effect, I expected they’d find a reason to get out of paying. But instead they treated me like royalty. Thank you, EFG Companies.

I’m 100% new to the F&I field, and I have to say that my trainer, Anthony Olivieri, was phenomenal. He helped me build a lot of confidence throughout the training. Leaving today, I feel like this is something I can confidently do, thanks to his guidance. I just need to learn the specific products offered in my store and apply the skills Anthony provided me with to my role. He truly was the best—I loved the training, and I’m really happy they had me here.

I bought premium coverage from EFG with my new car in 2014. I have had three claims over this time. This ride is my daily driver. The claims were an oil gasket leak, a water pump leak and this month the A/C compressor blew out. Every time they responded promptly and paid the mechanic what was due. I will buy from them again.
